Welcome to Ms. Bourque's webpage! Here you will find weekly assignments, as well as links to useful websites.
Please check your child's planner and binder nightly for homework or unfinished assignments. Reading for 20 min. each night Monday- Thursday will be your child's usual homework. A Nonfiction passage will also go home on Monday and is due back on Thursday. We play a Jeopardy game using the passage and the students really enjoy participating.  We will do projects as well through out the year but you will receive the information long before it is due. Tuesday folders will go home each week with graded papers and your child's conduct grade for the previous week. This conduct grade will be reflected on progress reports and report cards, and comes from behavior, completion of work, preparedness, and participation in all classes. I offer a reward program for doing homework, trying your best, making good grades, and being a good citizen in school. They have the opportunity to earn tickets and coupons for variety of items such as special pencils, small toys and/or activities from my classroom store. We will have a great year.

I hope you will visit often! Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail if you have any questions.
